Street Searches:

124 Smith Street, enter as 124 Smith. Do not add a street extension.

256 West 54th Street, enter as 256 West 54 or 256 W 54 . Do not add a street extension and add the subscript.

Owner Searches:

Enter last name only if unique name

for non unqiue name enter first and last name

If result set is to great, than select a City or Zip code to reduce the search area.
