Presented by Robert J. Gloudemans, Garth E. Thimgan and James R. Thimgan. This four-day workshop focuses on modeling vacant land properties. Topics include sales screening and analysis, stratification and identification of market/sub-market areas, determining model structures, variable transformations, and nOn-linear models. The workshop uses SPSS for Windows.

Location and Format
Workshop will be held at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, 15200 W. 6th Avenue, Golden, CO. Students will need to bring their own laptop, and it must be at least a Pentium 4 or arrange with Thimgan & Associates for a rental. Thimgan & Associates will provide demo disks of SPSS for any student not having this software. Sessions combine lectures, demonstrations, and lab sessions. Workshop is limited to 30 students on a first-come basis.
