• Street Number
  • When searching for a property with a street number range instead of a single number - Example: "12-14" versus "12"
    Variations of the Street Number can be used to locate the property:
    
    Example: "12-14"
    
    1. "12 14"
    2. "1214"
    3. "12"
    
    
• Street Name
  • Abbreviations of the street name can cause the biggest problems. If you cannot find a property you may wish to try the following.
    
    Example: "West Main Street"
    
    1. "West Main"
    2. "W Main"
    3. "W. Main"
    4. "Main"
    
    
• Owner Name
  • Since the recording of owner names is not always consistent, you may want to consider the following if you are having difficulties searching for an owner:
    
    1. Misspellings of the name.
    2. Abbreviated first name or the use of a nickname.
